The Journey

What is now known as TREC began as a Real Estate Bootcamp in September 2024, bringing together over 50 participants eager to learn, grow, and explore opportunities within the real estate industry.

The impact was remarkable.

Beyond the sessions and conversations, participants shared powerful feedback on the clarity, confidence, knowledge, and direction they gained through the experience. What started as a learning platform quickly revealed a deeper need — the need for greater access to transformational conversations, mentorship, and opportunities for young people across Africa.

That realization gave birth to a bigger vision.

Today, TREC has evolved into a growing global movement powered by over 140 volunteers across 15 Nigerian States and 5 countries, united by a shared commitment to shaping the future through knowledge, leadership, innovation, and opportunity.

As we prepare for TREC 2026, we remain driven by the same conviction that started the journey: that one conversation, one insight, and one opportunity can change the trajectory of a life.
